About The Position

An Advisor Team within our Rockefeller Global Family Office business is seeking a motivated individual to join its growing team as a Wealth Management Analyst. The Wealth Management Analyst will work with team members in a well-rounded role, supporting the portfolio management and financial planning processes, and will interact directly with high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate integrates well into the team dynamic of the practice, delivers thorough and timely work product with excellence, operates with a high attention to detail, is reliable, has strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills, and is driven toward their own professional development and growth within the team. A successful Analyst will have an opportunity to growth within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, with a business/finance focus preferred
  • Prior client service experience within financial industry, or equivalent experience, preferred
  • Series 7 & 66 strongly preferred and if not, willingness to obtain
  • Investment knowledge/experience preferred
  • Excellent client facing, interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills
  • Strong understanding of equity, debt, and investing
  • Ability to adapt to constantly changing market conditions, reporting needs and requirements
  • Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and organize workflow
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Maintain a high standard of communication across the Investment, Relationship Management, and Service & Operations teams
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal), exceptional interpersonal abilities, dedicated team member
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment as well as manage multiple tasks effectively with need to sometimes reprioritize projects
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel & PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Assist in client meeting preparation, including, build and analyze client financial statements, develop financial planning insights and run portfolio allocation and performance reports
  • Assist the team in preparing deliverables and participating in client meetings
  • Communicate with clients on both a scheduled and an ad hoc basis
  • Collect financial data and documents from clients to build detailed client profiles
  • Review daily activity and reconcile current client activity, funds transfers and previous day’s activity and trades against various clearing firm systems to ensure accuracy
  • Track client allocations and asset transfers in a software suite, while working closely with the Rockefeller Operations team
  • Work closely with both the Alternative Investment and Liquid Markets teams to coordinate current client portfolio matters
  • Execute the daily client operational tasks including account opening documents, check requests, journals, wires, and other custodial responsibilities
  • Document processes and routines critical to business
  • Establish key partnerships with Rockefeller home office partners
  • Collaborate with team to outline and uphold processes and systems
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and making sure that projects stay on time and budget
  • Lead special projects and team initiatives as directed
