The Wealth Management Analyst/Associate serves as a primary contact for clients, providing support in account servicing, financial planning, and investment portfolio management. This role combines relationship management with marketing skills to foster long-term client relationships, ensuring a positive client experience and timely delivery of services. The position requires collaboration with Financial Advisors and involves various responsibilities, including client support, business development, and operational tasks.

  • Establish and cultivate trusting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Assist Financial Advisors in developing and delivering financial and investment strategies.
  • Prepare performance reports and analyze investment portfolio holdings.
  • Engage in dialogue with clients to determine investment objectives and risk tolerance.
  • Assist clients with executing orders in Brokerage and Advisory accounts.
  • Conduct market and stock research for clients.
  • Develop Statement of Investment Policy Statements in coordination with Financial Advisors.
  • Manage events, webinars, and seminars in collaboration with Financial Advisors.
  • Utilize financial planning tools to analyze complex financial information and lead presentations.
  • Coordinate enrollment campaigns and meetings for existing clients.
  • Design and produce strategy reports for Financial Advisors to use with clients.
  • Synthesize client data to develop customized financial plans and asset allocation proposals.
  • Lead efforts to enhance client experience and implement new procedures and products.
  • Provide tailored recommendations to Financial Advisors regarding client situations.
  • Collaborate with Financial Advisors to develop business plans and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct quarterly/annual business performance reviews with Financial Advisors.
  • Participate in training and education programs to stay current on policies and procedures.
  • 2+ years of work experience in a relevant field required (5+ years for Associate level).
  • Four-year college degree or professional certification preferred.
  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses required.
  • Knowledge of financial industry and investment products preferred.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of compliance rules and regulations.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills.
  • Experience in client-facing roles within the financial services industry.
  • Additional product licenses beyond the required ones.
