Requirements

• University degree preferred.
• 5+ years in a role with personal accountability and managing a book of business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years building long-lasting relationships with affluent clients or equivalent experience.
• FINRA Registrations: Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66.
• Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) - Multiple Issuers required.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) - Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards preferred.
• Chartered Financial Analyst - Level I - Chartered Financial Analyst Institute preferred.
• TIAA will cover the cost of obtaining a CFP or CFA and increase base salary upon successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with affluent clients to identify their financial goals and analyze their financial landscape.
• Develop recommendations that help clients work towards well-defined financial objectives.
• Communicate complex financial solutions to clients using interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Build meaningful and long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Develop and implement appropriate financial solutions.
