About The Position

The Wealth Management Advisor at TIAA is responsible for partnering with affluent clients to identify their financial goals, analyze their financial landscape, and develop tailored recommendations to help them achieve their financial objectives. This role emphasizes building long-lasting relationships and delivering complex financial solutions while being supported by a robust array of resources and solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a role with personal accountability and managing a book of business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years building long-lasting relationships with affluent clients or equivalent experience.
• Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) - Multiple Issuers required.
• FINRA Registrations: Series 7; Series 63; Series 65; Series 66.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) - Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards preferred.
• Chartered Financial Analyst - Level I - Chartered Financial Analyst Institute; TIAA will cover the cost of obtaining a CFP or CFA and increase base salary upon successful completion.
