About The Position

Provides sales, operational, administrative, and client service support to a regional team of Wealth Connect Advisors. Enables advisors to focus on client engagement and asset growth by ensuring regional workflows, client administration, and business development activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable policies and regulatory requirements. Supports a team‑based advisory model and contributes to a consistent client experience across the region.

Requirements

  • Associate degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of administrative support experience in a banking environment

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of brokerage operations, policies, procedures, and regulatory standards (FINRA, SEC, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with internal partners, advisors, and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn proprietary systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provides day‑to‑day sales, processing, operational, administrative, and client service support to a regional group of Wealth Connect Advisors.
  • Supports advisors collectively within a team‑based coverage model rather than being aligned to a single advisor.
  • Coordinates and tracks client appointments and supports advisor‑directed client outreach and relationship reviews.
  • Serves as first‑line support for inbound client inquiries and routes requests appropriately.
  • Ensures accurate documentation and adherence to firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manages and prioritizes requests across the region to ensure timely, consistent service delivery.
