The team size anywhere from 8-12 individuals in either Portland, OR or Cincinnati, OH. The incumbent leads a high-performing client support team responsible for end-to-end servicing of clients with loan and deposit products once accounts are opened. This role ensures a consistently excellent client experience across money movement requests, loan payments, account maintenance, issue resolution, and servicing inquiries. The Manager drives service quality, operational excellence, regulatory adherence, and continuous improvement while coaching a team to meet performance goals in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
