Job Description Inspire, excel and grow with us U.S. Bank is hiring a Wealth Banking Services Solutions Manager to support our client servicing team. The team size anywhere from 8-12 individuals in either Portland, OR or Cincinnati, OH. The incumbent leads a high-performing client support team responsible for end-to-end servicing of clients with loan and deposit products once accounts are opened. This role ensures a consistently excellent client experience across money movement requests, loan payments, account maintenance, issue resolution, and servicing inquiries. The Manager drives service quality, operational excellence, regulatory adherence, and continuous improvement while coaching a team to meet performance goals in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in trust and securities operational functions
  • Three to five years of management experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop an operations team responsible for Wealth Banking Services client support
  • Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and provide ongoing feedback and development
  • Manage staffing levels, workflow distribution, and capacity planning to meet SLAs in a high-growth environment
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee daily execution of client servicing activities, including: Teller-type transactions Wire transfers Loan payments Account opening and maintenance Ongoing client service requests
  • Ensure operational processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and risk mitigation
  • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and accounting requirements impacting Wealth Management and Securities Services
  • Maintain strong operational controls and documentation
  • Partner with compliance, risk, and audit teams as needed
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across Wealth Management, Operations, and leadership teams
  • Communicate effectively with peers and leaders regarding performance, capacity, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Support change initiatives related to growth, process optimization, and systems
