This role is essential in ensuring seamless client service, efficient office operations, and strong organizational support for our advisors.   • Accurately prepare, process, and track client paperwork, ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and calls for advisors, optimizing schedules for efficiency
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, facilitating requests, and ensuring prompt follow-up
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, correspondence, and office organization
  • Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and special projects as needed, supporting overall team success
  • Administrative experience in a professional setting preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft and CRM systems preferred
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
