About The Position

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT This is not a cold-calling financial advisor role. • Daily warm, inbound leads provided (no prospecting required) • Strong base salary + uncapped bonuses • High annuity and life insurance volume from an existing Medicare client base • On-site collaboration with Medicare Sales, Marketing, and Support teams • Proven sales processes, advanced tech stack, and leadership support

Requirements

Active Florida 2-15 license
Background in annuities, life insurance, or retirement planning
Proven consultative sales and closing ability
Comfortable in a high-volume warm-lead environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Competitive, motivated, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

Conduct consultative client appointments focused on annuities, life insurance, and retirement strategies
Partner with Medicare Sales Agents to identify advanced planning opportunities
Present compliant, customized financial solutions
Manage applications, underwriting, and suitability
Maintain carrier and product knowledge
