Who you are: As a Wealth Advisors Regional Operations Manager with Frost, you are our account liaison. You will monitor the entire life cycle of account information including account opening, account information maintenance, and account closing for a large region. You are energized by collaboration and will have the opportunity to working directly with various internal subject matter experts to solve complex client service issues. As a leader, you are passionate about developing your team and encouraging growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in financial operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

  • Demonstrated understanding of project management
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team
  • Demonstrated experience with Global Wealth Enterprise Solution
  • Demonstrated experience with SharePoint

Responsibilities

  • Manage all Wealth Advisors Operations trust account processing within an assigned region including account openings, account acceptance, settlements, disbursements, safekeeping, and account closings
  • Communicate and implement statewide Wealth Advisors Operations’ policies and initiatives within an assigned region.
  • Communicate regional concerns, problems, and requests to statewide Wealth Advisors Operations management
  • Collaborate with management to create, implement, and modify procedures to efficiently and accurately maintain Wealth Advisors Operations within an assigned region in alignment with Frost standards and governmental laws and regulations
  • Research and resolve exception reports to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the Wealth Advisors Operations system. Escalate exceptions to management as necessary
  • Identify and alert management to opportunities to improve controls to protect customer and bank assets, ensure confidentiality of customer and bank information, and ensure compliance with Frost standards and governmental laws and policies
  • Ensure that internal controls are in place and functioning properly
  • Exercise the usual authority of a manager concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations and terminations
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
