About The Position

Whitehouse Station is seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor who is looking for a client first firm focused on supporting the continued growth of the client base. This role is designed for an advisor who values a collaborative work environment and wants to be part of a highly ethical, service driven team providing strong operational infrastructure, and resources to accelerate growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of active advisory experience acquiring and servicing an existing book of business.
  • Excellent relationship‑building skills and a strong commitment to client service.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and confidently.
  • Strong organization, follow‑through, and documentation habits.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent (minimum required) or undergraduate degree (preferred)
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 required, CFP designation preferred

Nice To Haves

  • CFP Designation.
  • Life and Health Insurance Licensed.
  • Experience onboarding clients with various custodians.
  • Knowledge and ability to complete a financial plan using Emoney.
  • Experience as primary client relationship manager for specified book of business.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals, risk tolerance, and financial priorities.
  • Provide tailored financial advice, create comprehensive financial plans, and customize investment strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Service new & existing clients with the highest level of care while transitioning them smoothly into the firm.
  • Prepare and execute trade instructions in accordance with firm procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Generate investment reports and performance analyses for ongoing client reviews.
  • Meet regularly with clients to conduct portfolio reviews, recommend adjustments, and maintain long-term planning relationships.
  • Document client meetings and actions thoroughly and enter notes into the CRM; assign follow‑ups when needed.
  • Attend new-client and prospect appointments with firm leadership when appropriate.
  • Participate in practice‑growth activities such as seminars, workshops, networking events, and referral outreach.
  • Represent the firm professionally in the community and industry.
  • Uphold firm ethics, confidentiality standards, and compliance requirements at all times.
  • Coordinate with custodians such as Fidelity and Schwab to support account servicing needs
  • Assist with firm-wide initiatives and projects related to compliance, data integrity, reporting, and billing
  • Collaborate closely with team members within a team-based client service structure
