The Wealth Advisor Coordinator role is an internal support position within Bessemer Trust's Wealth Advisor Solutions department, focused on enhancing client engagement through marketing initiatives. This role involves collaborating with the Wealth Advisory Team to manage campaigns and support business development efforts for ultra-high net worth clients and prospects.

  • Data base management (through Salesforce) including data entry, campaign management, and report building
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns
  • Prepare both electronic and hard copy presentation materials
  • Conduct market research
  • Complete ad hoc projects as needed
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Database management experience (ideally Salesforce)
  • Marketing automation software experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Adobe
