About The Position

Responsible for working with two or more Wealth Advisors to enable the delivery of advice and solutions to high net worth clients, identify new prospects, and develop new business. Client assets under management range from $1M+, $5MM+, and $20MM+ and include some of the most complex relationships within Truist.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required with an overall minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Great networking business development and relationship building skills.
  • Strong work ethic and strong drive to succeed; competitive, self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Must successfully obtain and maintain the following licenses during the first 130 days of the program: SIE, Series 7, 63, 65, Life, Health, Variable.
  • FINRA: Maintains proper licenses including Series 7, Series 66, the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam as applicable.
  • Ability to thrive and actively participate on a team.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
  • Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Economics.

Responsibilities

  • Assist multiple Wealth Advisors in a select geography.
  • Proactively help identify new Wealth prospects for the team.
  • Develop pitch books and deepen client relationships through needs-based, high-level client service.
  • Coordinate comprehensive wealth management advice and solutions with Truist Wealth Advisor teammates.
  • Identify prospects for the Advisor teams to support business development efforts.
  • Participate in a 'One Team' approach to deliver the full suite of Truist Wealth solutions.
  • Act as a culture champion aligned with Truist's Purpose, Mission, and Values.
  • Establish and maintain mutually beneficial business relationships with internal and external centers of influence.
  • Stay updated on changing economic, legal, financial planning, investment trends, and general market issues impacting affluent clients.
  • Maintain appropriate legal, operating, and regulatory controls to manage risk and compliance.
  • Use sound judgment on expense and operational efficiency.
  • Participate and complete all required training sessions.
  • Progress to a Wealth Advisor role after 18 to 24 successful months as a Wealth Advisor Associate.
