We are seeking an organized, friendly, and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities

  • Be the welcoming voice of the company, answering calls, setting appointments, and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Reach out to potential clients, schedule appointments, send estimates, and follow up on completed jobs and leads.
  • Keep the schedules organized and ensure smooth coordination between the office and field techs.
  • Maintain accurate client records, updating information and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Assist with light office tasks, including document editing, customer follow-ups, and general office organization.
  • Calling on past-dues, invoicing, engaging with customers to ensure they are 100% satisfied with services.
  • Schedule and dispatch techs to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency for each customer.

Requirements

  • Warm, professional phone demeanor and enjoy interacting with customers.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and keep everything running smoothly in a busy office environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and CRMs is a plus.
  • Maintain an organized workspace, stay on top of tasks, and contribute positively to the team.
  • Bring positive energy, enjoy collaboration, and are willing to learn new skills like job-scoping and estimating.
  • Reliable work ethic, punctuality, and reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a background and drug check.
  • Dress appropriately for the office and present a professional image.
