The Ahnala Restaurant Chef at We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort is responsible for overseeing all back-of-house kitchen operations in the Ahnala Restaurant and supporting all casino resort kitchens. This role involves managing kitchen staff, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards, and assisting in menu development and cost management under the direction of the Executive Sous Chef. The chef will also be responsible for the In-Room Dining and Pool Bar kitchens, promoting exceptional guest service and maintaining high culinary standards.
