We help people make the best decisions with their commercial real estate investments. Our clients have bought shopping centers, offices, industrial complexes or multifamily buildings as a way to invest, instead of buying stocks. These investments provide secondary income or may be for future retirement cash flow, diversification and/or even a tax shelter. The typical commercial real estate owner is a business owner, retired teacher, a 30 yr union welder or even a professional athlete looking to own a piece of the American Dream. Each of our team members is very focused on their area of expertise and you will partner with proven brokers to help our clients take advantage of a profit opportunity.

Requirements

  • Willingness to obtain a CA Real Estate Salesperson (or broker) license.
  • Proven track record of success in school, sports, sales, or similar fields.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales or customer service.
  • Background in athletics or competitive environments.
  • Desire for continuous learning and personal development.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients make informed decisions regarding commercial real estate investments.
  • Partner with proven brokers to assist clients in identifying profitable opportunities.
  • Engage in a hands-on training program to maximize performance.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve client investment goals.

Benefits

  • 100% commission-only compensation structure.
  • First year commission goal is $50,000 - $100,000+.
  • Second year commissions should range between $125,000 and $250,000+.
  • Fifth year commissions should exceed $500,000 and will ideally be $1,000,000+.
  • Ongoing, hands-on mentoring from a successful team.
  • Supportive management team that coaches and guides to success.
