About The Position

Freedom Caregivers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team as a Client Care Specialist (CCS). This role offers the chance to grow, lead, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients and caregivers alike. The position is full-time with an evening schedule and rotating weekend availability. Starting pay is up to $17.50/hr, with additional benefits including drive time and mileage reimbursement, paid time off, employee incentive programs, referral bonuses, a daily pay option through TapCheck, and a paid comprehensive training program.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Ohio Driver’s License
• Reliable and consistent transportation
• Current proof of auto insurance
• HHA or STNA certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Physically able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences: Build strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers by providing top-tier service.
• Ensure Continuity of Care: Cover open client shifts as needed to maintain reliable, seamless care.
• Empower Caregivers: Train and mentor new caregivers directly in clients’ homes to set them up for success.
• Collaborate Effectively: Communicate caregiver performance and satisfaction updates to supervisors to ensure a thriving team.
• Uphold Excellence: Follow all caregiver responsibilities and maintain agency policies, procedures, and high standards of conduct.
