Goodwill Southern California is looking for a compassionate Part-Time Job Coach who’s dedicated to helping individuals with developmental disabilities succeed at work. You’ll provide one-on-one training, encourage professional growth, and support inclusion across diverse workplace settings.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment.
- Excellent communication and observation skills.
- Strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and workplace safety.
Responsibilities
- Coach participants in learning and mastering job duties.
- Provide feedback, encouragement, and real-time skill development.
- Serve as a liaison between the participant and employer.
- Track and document progress to ensure compliance with program goals.
- Promote independence and self-sufficiency for each participant.
