About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience; workforce or disability services preferred.
• Valid CA driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Reliable, flexible, and organized approach to supporting multiple worksites.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job training and coaching at multiple locations.
• Reinforce workplace skills, focus, and positive habits.
• Advocate for reasonable accommodations and inclusion.
• Communicate regularly with participants, employers, and program teams.
• Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and compliance with program standards.
