Whiskey Cake is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barback to join our vibrant team in Katy, TX. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting the bar staff to ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience. This position requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the bar, including stocking supplies, preparing garnishes, and assisting bartenders with their needs. Your ability to multitask and work efficiently will be essential in creating a seamless service experience for our guests. In this role, you will interact with both guests and staff, ensuring that all interactions are professional and friendly. You will assist in maintaining the bar's cleanliness and organization, which includes setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after shifts. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing batch cocktails according to established recipes and ensuring that all necessary supplies are readily available. Your knowledge of the menu will be vital, as you will need to answer any questions guests may have about our food and drink offerings.
