About The Position
Responsible for planning and directing the center School to Career/Work Based Learning program. The role involves creating and sustaining positive working relationships with co-workers, assisting students in adjusting to Center life, and ensuring that student needs are met in a timely and professional manner. The position requires adherence to all policies and procedures, preparation of reports, maintenance of confidentiality, and facilitation of assistance to students in various situations. The individual will work with staff, employers, and the community to establish work-based learning sites, coordinate activities, and monitor trainee progress.
