About The Position
The Disability Program Navigator (DPN) is responsible for providing quality services to Adult and Youth job seekers with disabilities for all Adams County Workforce and Business Center (WBC) programs. This position is responsible for fostering connections to programs, services and resources to ensure successful employment goals can be obtained. The Navigator will be the primary connection between Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) and the WBC services. Responsible for outreach to community partners. The Navigator will also serve as subject matter expert for workforce center staff and provide access to disability related training.
