About The Position
As the Workplace Based Assessment (WBA) Program Clinical Lead you will provide overall clinical expert advice and manage the SJGMPPH WBA program in collaboration with the Director Postgraduate Medical Education. You will liaise with medical administration and the relevant Heads of Departments to manage the candidate assessments and address any significant barriers or concerns, taking into account both professional and personal circumstances. You will build a good reporting relationship with Australian Medical Council (AMC) taking responsibility for financial costs and performance rates. Be part of a transformative leadership team that prioritises innovation, collaboration, and compassionate care. Lead with purpose and help shape the future of Junior Medical Officers at SJG Midland.
