About The Position

Where do Blu-rays come from? And who creates those images on your device that you click before you stream a new TV show or film? As Project Manager for WB Home Entertainment – Global Creative Operations, you’ll be privy to all the behind-the-scenes design, production, tracking and artwork delivery that it takes to get Warner Bros. movies and TV shows onto shelves, digital storefronts, and devices! In this fast-paced, creative, and detail-oriented department, you’ll be exposed to the nitty-gritty processes and workflows that engage and directly impact the consumer experience…and entertain the world from the comfort of home.

Requirements

  • Strong written and oral communication skills and a positive, collaborative, and proactive attitude
  • Macintosh with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Suite including InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator and other digital software
  • Familiarity with Monday, Airtable, Smartsheets, xml programming
  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required) (18 years or older)
  • Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above cumulative GPA)
  • Warner Bros. Discovery will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from Warner Bros. Discovery now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States.
  • Candidates currently on any student or exchange visa, including F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, J-1, M-1, etc., will not be eligible for the internship program.

Responsibilities

  • Intern will shadow three divisions within Global Creative Operations – User Interface Group, Physical Production, and International Image Localization – to gain valuable insight and experience in disc menu, physical product packaging and digital asset development, creation and delivery.
  • Intern helps facilitate and support physical, menu and digital production and image localization for global digital clients, including Max International, for all WB IP as well as oversight of HBO and other partner assets.
  • Assists with schedules, tracking and execution of artwork and materials related to Home Entertainment and Max SVOD, EST, VOD, PEST, and PVOD launches, backfills and gap-fills.
  • Provides day-to-day technical support for internal teams regarding delivery of assets to internal archives such as Adstream, Box, Nest, Aviary, iTunes, Amazon and more.
  • Provides administrative support as needed.
