We are seeking a Waxing Specialist who takes pride in their craft and is passionate about helping guests Feel Well and confident in their own skin. You will deliver professional hair removal services with attention to detail, exceptional hygiene standards, and a reassuring presence that helps every guest feel comfortable, cared for, and at ease.

Requirements

Valid state license in Esthetics or Cosmetology
Proficiency in full-body waxing, including Brazilians waxing
Strong knowledge of skin health, contraindications, and sanitation practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain professionalism discretion, and guest comfort at all times.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

Minimum of 3 year of professional waxing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform professional waxing services for face and body, including brows, lip, chin, underarm, arms, legs, bikini, and Brazilian.
Conduct thorough guest consultations to access skin type, sensitivities, and contraindications.
Educate guest on pre- and post- waxing care to ensure optimal results and skin health.
Educate clients on the benefits of treatments, proper skincare techniques, and product usage.
Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and hygiene in accordance with state regulations and spa protocols.
Create a calm, discreet, and respectful environment for all guests.
Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and restock supplies as needed
Accurately document guest services, notes, and product recommendations.
Collaborate with spa leadership and team members to support daily operations and overall guest satisfaction.
Uphold the spa's brand standards, service rituals, and professional appearance guidelines.
Meet or exceed retail sales goals by recommending and selling appropriate skincare products.
Assist with inventory management and restocking of treatment supplies and retail products.
Participate in marketing and promotional events as needed.
Assist with front desk duties, such as answering phones and scheduling appointments, if required.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Attend team meetings and training sessions.
Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
