With your help and our extensive training on skin care and speed waxing technique, we’ll give our guests a reason to trust us. By providing speed and quality waxing our Waxologist not only earn uncapped wages but oversee their own books and schedules. As a Waxologist, you will work with our proprietary TruWax to reveal smooth and long-lasting results. Using your expertise in skin care you will educate our guests on our services, programs, and products. We are looking for a passionate and friendly team player who loves to build genuine relationships with your guests while maintaining a sense of professionalism. No experience? Not a problem! Requirements
- Must have a current licensed esthetician license or in the process of obtaining an aesthetician license.
- An innate ability to make people feel comfortable, important, and welcome.
Responsibilities
- Perform all Radiant Waxing services for all guests
- Be positive, friendly, upbeat and personable to guests and staff
- Maintain a professional appearance during working hours
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work flexible days and hours
- Grow guest base with self-marketing and participation in salon marketing initiatives
