About The Position

At Radiant Waxing, we not only provide quality; we also provide speedy waxing at an affordable price. Want to earn great pay--through awesome bonuses and commissions--as an Esthetician with the Radiant Waxing team. With your help and our extensive training on skin care and speed waxing technique, we’ll give our guests a reason to trust us. By providing speed and quality waxing our Waxologist not only earn uncapped wages but oversee their own books and schedules. As a Waxologist, you will work with our proprietary TruWax to reveal smooth and long-lasting results. Using your expertise in skin care you will educate our guests on our services, programs, and products. We are looking for a passionate and friendly team player who loves to build genuine relationships with your guests while maintaining a sense of professionalism.

Requirements

• Must have a current licensed esthetician license or in the process of obtaining an aesthetician license
• An innate ability to make people feel comfortable, important, and welcome
• Willing to work flexible days and hours

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the salon and spa industry
• Interest in working with students currently attending aesthetics or cosmetology school
• Background as a barber, medical esthetician, master esthetician, skin care specialist, or hair stylist

Responsibilities

• Perform all Radiant Waxing services for all guests
• Educate guests on services, programs, and products
• Grow guest base with self-marketing and participation in salon marketing initiatives
• Maintain a professional appearance during working hours
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Be positive, friendly, upbeat and personable to guests and staff
