Requirements

• Current Cosmetology or Esthetician License from the state of Alabama.
• Demonstrated sales experience in a commission-based setting.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions.
• Strong organizational, task management, and time management skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Flexible schedule: 32-38 hours a week with the ability to work evening and weekend shifts.
• A positive, friendly, enthusiastic, personable demeanor with solid communication skills.
• Ability to manage productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Drive your own book of business by following our training processes.
• Educate each guest about waxing services.
• Analyze skin types and recommend complementary services and products.
• Advise on aftercare and wax frequency to deliver an exceptional experience.
