Within accepted limits vary dwell, injection pressure, temperature or other factors as necessary to obtain acceptable pattern; notifies supervision of unusual condition. Chills dies as required to avoid overheating. Disposes of acceptable patterns as directed. Obtains own liquid and powdered release agents from storage areas. Detects and reports improper operation, low work levels, and any unusual conditions to proper supervision. Inspects parts using visual and dimensional techniques, i.e. calipers straight edge, etc. and sketches.
