About The Position

The Wax Core Prep Operator is responsible for completing assigned tasks, following the schedule as set by supervision, maintaining a clean work area, and reducing scrap. This position requires the ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality and quantity, as well as a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently. The operator will perform basic wax-related tasks in the assigned area and support the production schedule as needed by business demand.

• Ability to perform tasks as directed.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic wax related tasks in assigned area.
• Perform production schedule as needed by the business demand.
• Keep work area clean, orderly, and in safe condition, following all safety rules - supports 6S initiatives.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers, clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Any and all additional responsibilities as required or assigned.
