As a Wave Technician, you will manage daily planning and batching of guest orders in support of online fulfillment. In this role, you will create, update, and communicate order summary reports and support cycle counting and inventory as well as provide detailed information to team members regarding order information. The Wave Tech performs duties as assigned by the Production Controller including inter-departmental projects and researches merchant and customer issues. This is a critical role within our DCs that maintains reporting, problem solves unforeseen issues, and recommends solutions to enable effective and efficient work flows. Requirements

• High School diploma; technical school or college degree preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent guest service skills
• Maintains positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
• PC skills – Microsoft Office, etc.

Nice To Haves

• Previous administrative or guest service experience
• Previous transportation or distribution center experience preferred
