Requirements

• High school diploma and/or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of general truck assembly
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and 40-100 lbs. with assistance of others or lifting equipment provided
• Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints and order acknowledgment.
• Computer skills
• Certified to drive a forklift or have the skills to obtain certification.
• Work under general supervision; instructions and guidance provided on procedural changes, new regulations, etc.

Responsibilities

• Replenish materials used on production lines
• Work with Buyer to implement and manage materials.
• Supporting: implementation of kanban, stocking material, faxing orders, and following escalation procedure for expediting material as required.
• Perform material counts as needed to verify on hand quantities.
• Working with out-of-stock report.
• Interpret order acknowledgment as to ship loose bill of material.
• Interact with Oracle.
• Exposure to all kinds of weather, ie going outside to get parts.
• Compliance with all applicable occupational health and safety required.
• All other duties as assigned.
