Manage department wide payroll operations to ensure compliance and accurate compensation including Oracle Time and Labor and Time Clock Plus software. Develop and maintain payroll processes and systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Approves Oracle workflow requests. Manages and supervises staff. Provides training, coaching, and mentoring. Fosters a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver an exceptional payroll experience.
