Job Summary:
A Waterproofer will perform a variety of tasks that aid in both the completion and success of a project and assistance of team members. To perform this position sufficiently, the employee must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. The descriptions below are representative of, but not limited to, the duties and details of this position

Requirements

• Must Have At Least 3-5 years Experience.
• 3 years plus of commercial waterproofing experience or 3-5 years of residential waterproofing experience

Responsibilities

• Performing duties such as waterproofing above and below grade including air/vapor barrier, joint sealants and caulking
• Hot applied systems and traffic coatings
• Lifting objects or materials weighing 60+ pounds.
• Assisting other skilled trade workers (caulking, waterproofing, etc.) in their performance.
• Using hand tools and small power tools.
• Work at heights while following safety protocol
• Performing other relevant duties as assigned.
