Summary/objective Responsible for delivering consistent and accurate information to members and guests, while providing an engaging and positive service experience. Greet all members and guests in a friendly and courteous manner Check every member and guest in accurately and quickly Manage member and guest enrollment in programs and events Answer incoming calls in a clear and friendly and expedient manner Provide information regarding acac programs and registration Maintain up to date knowledge of programs, classes and club operations, events, policies, etc. Maintain an orderly and highly functional work area Process POS transactions accurately and in an efficient manner Know and adhere to opening and closing procedures Collaborate with team members in the spirit of outstanding customer service, teamwork, and communication
