In this role, you will deliver warm, friendly, and attentive service to create an exceptional guest experience. You will operate the front desk POS, assist with cabana and premium seating check-ins, support towel desk operations, and help maintain smooth waterpark flow. You may also receive commission opportunities on cabana sales and team members with an entrepreneurial spirit can increase their earning potential while upholding the Kalahari Promise each day. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll ensure to greet guests warmly, answering questions clearly, and resolving issues quickly so everyone feels welcome and cared for. By staying positive, organized, and supportive with both guests and coworkers, you will help create a smooth, fun, and stress-free experience for all.
