Requirements
Must be able to stand, move, walk, and bend for the duration of a shift
Ability to reach, pull, push and use repetitive arm, hand, and leg motion
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
Must have ability and willingness to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Prior customer service experience highly desired
Prior experience handling payments and cash registers
ServSafe certification preferred
Superior customer service skills
Ability to work well and effectively as part of a team
Ability to safely operate café appliances/equipment outlined above
Must be at least 15 years old
Responsibilities
Provide quality food service and customer service
Cook and/or prepare food items such as sandwiches, wraps, salads, smoothies, parfaits and snacks
Maintain clean and organized work areas and café seating areas; perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes to ensure sanitary equipment and facility
Brew coffee and tea, and fill beverage containers as needed
Safely operate cafe appliances/equipment to include but not limited to: oven, grill, smoothie machine, meat/cheese slicer, microwave
Continuously practice safe food handling techniques
Solicit, receive, and respond to member feedback regarding the menu offerings; share feedback with supervisor
Process POS transactions accurately and in an efficient manner
Ensure security of cash drawer, reconcile daily receipts
Know and adhere to cafe opening and closing procedures
Read, sign, and abide by the policies included in the Team Member Handbook
Park in team member-designated areas
Club cleanliness is an all-team responsibility; assist whenever necessary in any area of the club to keep the club neat and clean
Assist with Service Days
Assist with acac programs, special events, or activities outside your department
Promptly return messages
Exhibit a positive attitude at all times
Deliver five-star service to members and guests with friendliness, direct eye contact, and a pleasant demeanor at all times
