About The Position
In search of Waterfront Director
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Lifeguard with waterfront experience
- LFI preferred or willing and able to get it
- Prior supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Oversee the safe operation of camp's waterfront and aquatic activities
- Make the waterfront the favorite place to be on camp
- Bring out the best in your lifeguards and conduct regular in-service trainings
- Ability to work with all staff as a strong active team member to develop best work practices
