About The Position
In search of Waterfront Director Rate of Pay $525/week plus room and board Qualifications At least 21 years old High School Diploma or GED Lifeguard with waterfront experience LFI preferred or willing and able to get it Prior supervisory experience Responsibilities Oversee the safe operation of camp's waterfront and aquatic activities Make the waterfront the favorite place to be on camp Bring out the best in your lifeguards and conduct regular in-service trainings Ability to work with all staff as a strong active team member to develop best work practices
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Lifeguard with waterfront experience
- Prior supervisory experience
