About The Position
The Greater Cincinnati Water Works Youth to Work program aims to equip young individuals with essential skills, real-world experience, and professional guidance to prepare them for successful careers. The GCWW Youth to Work program will provide students with an overall understanding of the divisions and positions through a work rotation process. Participants must be willing to take direction from supervisors and managers, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and adhere to Greater Cincinnati Water Works rules, regulations, and guidelines, particularly those related to safety and customer service. Confidentiality must be maintained in accordance with regulations.
