About The Position
Connecticut Valley Artesian Well Company has been proudly serving the community for over seventy years, specializing in drilling wells, geothermal systems, pumping equipment, and water treatment. We are seeking a motivated candidate with mechanical ability who will be field trained to operate state-of-the-art well drilling equipment. This full-time career position offers a supportive work environment and opportunities for advancement within the company. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team that values quality service and community engagement. The role requires a commitment to safety and efficiency while working in various outdoor environments. Candidates should be prepared to work approximately 45 hours per week, primarily from Monday to Friday, and will receive comprehensive training to ensure they are well-equipped to handle the responsibilities of the position.
