About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Driller to join our team. As a Driller, you will be responsible for operating drilling equipment to drill for water, drill ground holes, extract core samples, install monitoring wells, and develop water wells. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the success of various drilling projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in or related industries.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Proficiency in heavy equipment operation for efficient drilling processes.
• Commercial driving experience, particularly with and operations.

Nice To Haves

• CDL Class A preferred
• Familiarity with various drilling methods and technologies.
• Certification in relevant areas such as drilling operations or equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Utilize techniques to drill for water, extract core samples or install monitoring wells.
• Operate and maintain drilling equipment such as rigs, trucks, etc.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards during all drilling operations.
• Conduct pre-drilling checks and prepare drilling sites for operations.
• Monitor drilling progress and adjust techniques as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance on drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently.
