The Project Manager for Water Resources plays a key role in advancing sustainable water solutions for the communities BENEN serves. In this leadership-driven position, you will guide the planning, design, and delivery of water supply, wastewater, and water infrastructure projects for public agencies and utility clients, while helping shape the technical excellence and direction of BENEN’s Water Resources practice. You will leverage your expertise in water and wastewater engineering to lead multidisciplinary teams from early planning and analysis through final design and implementation. Your work will directly support resilient, efficient, and reliable water systems—ensuring regulatory compliance, technical quality, and long-term community value. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the core deliverables that define successful projects, including technical analyses, reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates. You will coordinate project teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, mentor staff, and collaborate closely with clients and regulatory agencies to maintain strong partnerships and deliver practical, innovative engineering solutions.
