About The Position

Wiley|Wilson combines the technical depth of a large firm with the responsiveness of a small one. Since 1901, we've been helping clients solve complex infrastructure challenges with a focus on trust, quality, and results. As a 100% employee-owned company, every team member shares in our success through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) - a structure that fosters collaboration, accountability, and long-term commitment. Our Water Resources team is looking for a Project Manager to lead water/wastewater projects and mentor the next generation of engineers. You'll manage design teams on water/wastewater plants, water and sewer pipelines, pump stations, and storage tanks while helping us deliver practical, high-quality solutions for our clients. What You'll Do You'll oversee water/wastewater projects from concept through construction. You'll also support business development through proposals and client presentations, and play a key role in mentoring and developing our engineering staff. What Makes You a Great Fit You have a bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited program and a PE license. You bring experience planning and designing conveyance projects and have a proven record of successful project delivery and client relationship management. Experience mentoring staff and familiarity with hydraulic modeling software (such as Bentley WaterCAD/GEMs) are a plus. Occasional travel and eligibility to work in the U.S. are required. Why Wiley|Wilson We support your growth and work-life balance with competitive pay, bonuses tied to performance, multiple health plan options, and a 401(k) with up to 6% match. You'll also enjoy 24 days of paid time off plus five holidays, tuition reimbursement, and 80 hours of parental leave for the birth or adoption of a child.
