Support field staff by assisting with on‑site construction observation Assist project managers and engineers with project development and design tasks, while maintaining effective communication with staff, contractors, and clients. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering
  • Ability to travel for team meetings, client consultations, on‑site inspections, and other project needs.
  • Ability to walk and climb over rough terrain and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able and willing to report to the Des Moines, IA office 2-3 days weekly.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • The selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with basic AutoCAD tasks through coursework or prior employment.
  • Has begun foundational engineering coursework in the major
