The ideal candidate will interact with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals in the New England area and will provide leadership and client development specifically in water wastewater engineering, construction management, civil infrastructure design, and permitting. This team of professionals comes together to create innovative planning and design solutions for our public-sector clients’ water treatment, distribution, and storage infrastructure while also providing the same service for their wastewater treatment and collection infrastructure to improve the overall condition and increase reliability of these systems. Projects may include long-term planning programs, condition surveys, asset management programs, design of water distribution systems and wastewater collection systems and the associated treatment facilities and pump stations for each, and construction management and oversight.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering
Solid understanding of engineering theory and concepts and their application
Proficient in the use of current technology (i.e., tablets, smart phones, laptops, etc.)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong technical aptitude and an eagerness to learn
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Must be able to collect field data and measurements including but not limited to roadway, sidewalk, and utility assets; and perform asset inspections
Must be able to lift/move objects weighing up to 40 pounds
Must be able to perform field work in both hot and cold weather (rain and/or snow)
Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

EIT (Fundamentals of Engineering)

Nice To Haves

Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil3D and ArcGIS/Pro experience a plus
