About The Position

The Sherwood Companies have a proven track record of completing a variety of projects from General Construction, to Construction Management and Design Build Projects for both public and private owners. A brief summary of the types of projects include, urban expressways, bridges, underground utilities, dam construction, asphalt/concrete paving and water/wastewater treatment plants. JOB DESCRIPTION Under general supervision, perform safe & efficient water truck driver duties on heavy construction equipment used in highway construction, grading & paving operations, plants, & quarries. The incumbent will need to operate in a safe and efficient manner following all personal protective equipment (PPE) and process requirements. This role is classified as safety sensitive. Requirements

• High School or Degree or GED required
• Have Class A or B CDL with air brake endorsement
• Have HazMat and Tanker endorsements
• Must not have manual transmission restriction E

Responsibilities

• Keep work area clean, orderly and safe
• Perform work on multiple jobsites daily
• Follow all Company safety policies and procedures
• Apply improved work procedures to ensure safety and efficiency of operations
• Accurately record all fuel pumped on and off of the fuel truck
• Remove and replace fuel hose at each piece of equipment being serviced
• Perform other related duties as assigned
