About The Position
The Erosion Company (TEC) is seeking a dedicated Water Truck Driver to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. As the largest and most experienced contractor in providing comprehensive erosion control services, specialty materials, forestry, and site clean-up services throughout the Southeast, TEC is committed to delivering high-quality service to our clients. The Water Truck Driver will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that our projects run smoothly and safely while adhering to company standards. In this role, the Water Truck Driver will be responsible for driving a company water truck to various job sites, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. The driver will also be expected to promote a safety culture among crew members, emphasizing the importance of safety in all operations. After completing job assignments, the driver will perform site clean-up and reload any leftover materials, ensuring that the site is left in good condition. This position requires a proactive approach to safety and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work. Candidates should be prepared to work under various weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold, as the job may require outdoor work in inclement weather. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a driver, particularly with ½ or ¾ ton trucks, and must possess a valid driver's license along with a verifiable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Bi-lingual candidates (English/Spanish) are encouraged to apply, as this skill is considered a plus. Immediate work is available for qualified candidates, and overtime opportunities may also be offered.
