Angelo Water Service, the local Culligan Water dealership serving the Concho Valley, is seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Service Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for the installation, service, maintenance, and repair of Culligan and non-Culligan water treatment systems in residential and commercial settings. Our technicians play a key role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service and reliable, high-quality water solutions. We are willing to train the right individual who shows initiative, integrity, and a desire to learn a skilled trade. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Technical or mechanical experience required
- Clean driving record (must be insurable)
- Ability to pass: Background check, Drug screening, WorkSTEPS physical assessment
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Plumbing experience preferred (but not required)
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to repair water treatment equipment efficiently
- Install, maintain, and upgrade residential and commercial systems
- Complete all paperwork accurately, thoroughly, and on time
- Assist team members with delivery or installation work as needed
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe working condition
- Communicate professionally and positively with customers and coworkers
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company with integrity
- Follow all safety guidelines, company procedures, and Culligan service standards
