Requirements

• Certifications in CPR/AED and First Aid or ability to obtain within one year of employment.
• Knowledge in MS Suite applications and relevant computer programs.

Nice To Haves

• Class IV Water Works Operator License (preferred for Trainee).
• Experience with SCADA and Process Control Systems (preferred for Operator I).
• Backflow device certification (preferred for Operator II).
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related science (preferred for Senior Operator).
• Supervisory and training experience (preferred for Senior Operator).

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and control the water treatment facility under guidance.
• Conduct tests in a microbiology lab and adjust treatment processes as needed.
• Operate wells, storage tanks, and booster stations.
• Participate in the maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Perform data entry and prepare operating reports and records.
