Water Treatment Plant Operator I/II
About The Position
JOIN OUR TEAM! 3RD SHIFT - 11 pm to 7 am - This is water treatment plant operations and general maintenance work. The Treatment Plant Operator monitors equipment and processes and makes adjustments to same in order to ensure the proper treatment of water; performs simple maintenance to buildings and grounds including grass-cutting and painting. Position involves occasional contact with the general public, vendors, retail sales persons, and contractors. After an initial training period, duties are performed with reference to prescribed practices and procedures with general supervision, using judgment and initiative.
